カスミ is the youngest of the four Cerulean sisters. Misty can be very nice to her friends but will quickly change moods in a short amount of time. She is quite proficient in anything having to do with water due to her ability in fishing&swimming. After the Silver Conference in Johto, she wanted to stay with Ash but felt obligated to go to her sisters’ aid, so the two went their separate ways, and Misty became the official gym leader of Cerulean City.
